As a Member of the Local Community

The Bank supports personnel training of employees working at local small and medium-sized companies and industrial and cultural promotion activities for local residents. The Bank also supports development of human resources who will soon assume leadership positions in the development of the regional economy and the next generation by sponsoring courses at local colleges and universities as part of an academic-business alliance.

Support for Cultural Promotion and Personal Training

The Bank established The Hamagin Foundation for Promotion of Industry & Culture in 1988. Through this foundation, the Bank takes initiatives for the benefit of the local communities, including support for small and medium-sized companies, mainly in the training of personnel.

Establishment of Sponsors Courses at Local Universities

The Bank sponsors courses at Yokohama City University and Kanagawa University in Kanagawa Prefecture. Officers and employees of the Bank Group lecture on financial systems and financial policy, bank management, and other elements of finance and economics in a practical approach.
